Biography
Rashidul Majid Chowdhury is an experienced HR and Administration professional with over 20 years in multinational and local organizations, including Huawei Technologies and AMZ Hospital Ltd. He holds an MBA in HRM and an M.Com in Management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at AMZ Hospital, his responsibilities include HRIS development, recruitment, compensation management, performance management, and policy implementation. Previously, at Huawei, he managed HR operations, procurement, and employee relations. He has also contributed to HR platform development at Huawei. Proficient in MS Office, Rashidul is passionate about traveling, photography, and fashion designing.

- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment for clinical research staff, ensuring effective onboarding and training.
- Employee Relations: Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures, manage payroll, and administer employee benefits.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and support employee development programs.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and develop HR policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance skills.
