Md. Mojammel Hossain is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 9 years of experience in pharmacy management and operations in reputed JCI-accredited hospitals. Currently serving as Assistant Manager in the Pharmacy Department at AMZ Hospital Limited, Dhaka, he specializes in policy development, inventory control, and team leadership. Previously, he worked as a Senior Pharmacist at United Hospital Limited, excelling in prescription audits, antibiotic stewardship, and interdepartmental coordination.
He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, both with excellent academic performance. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Infection Control, Md. Mojammel is also skilled in pharmacy management, communication, and team collaboration. Recognized for his dedication, he received the Service Excellence Award from United Hospital. Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records of clinical trial supplies and forecast requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to GSP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines for storage and documentation.
• Environmental Monitoring: Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) and take corrective actions for deviations.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee receipt, dispatch, and distribution of investigational products.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of stock movement, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Quality Control: Inspect and manage expired or damaged materials and ensure routine stock reconciliation.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with research and QA teams to ensure trial material availability.
• Audit Preparation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support internal/external audits.
• Training: Train staff on proper storage, handling, and regulatory protocols.
